He won't be benched. No amount of losing can break through the Sark arrogance. He still thinks he can simply out scheme everyone.

He can't, but he's the only one who doesn't know that at this point.

I'm sure they cannot bench him for many reasons.

Manning family pressure
Having QB2 look like a rockstar, making Sark's judgement suspect
NIL deals might require him to be the starter to get paid?

We've already seen this with Peyton Manning every time the Colts imploded in the playoffs

1. Blame his teammates. WR's are shite/can't get open and OL can't block. He can't do it all by himself
2. Blame his coaches. Scheme is bad, hasn't been developed properly, consistently getting outcoached. Team would be better off if they just let him run the team the way he wants, he's basically the coach anyway
3. Blame opponents. They're cheating.

This reminds me so much of the Mitch Mustain deal. He wouild have killed NIL until people figured out he was not that good.

Played against no one in a good HS system. Just didnt have talent or brains. Not sure the brains part applies to Manning but there is nothing special about the arm apparently.

But Im sure the millions in the bank and babes by his side he will be fine.

Manning should have gone to a program where he would have been the shoe in starter by year two. They made a mistake for the sake of grandiosity.
