1st point. Tamu has High School kids coming in and no one knows how any will do at the next level. LSU has kids coming in that have played college football at a high level.
2nd point. The talent can be great but if they are terrible for the morale in the locker room then you can have addition by subtraction even tho the talent may be less.

Some of the 4 stars are now 3 stars, some of the 0 stars are now 3 and 2 stars, etc. It would just make the post more cluttered and doesn't really change the overall class by much. Just makes it fatter in the middle.
The other option was to field a team of around 65. Doing what CBK is doing in the portal is Killing it.

This is 100% false. There were several games (even as a true freshman) when he was the best DB on the field. Am that includes games when Stingley also played.
