I have never heard of this kid, but how much does his injury hurt LSU?

He was actually hurt in the bombing attempt on Hitler. Gutsy kid.

We are pretty loaded at WR. Most were expecting pretty big things out of this kid though so it can't help. But there is a long line of capable people behind him.

He had a shot at being our #3 receiver this year, it hurts.. but if someone steps up -- no sweat.

That article is completely off base about our depth. We also have Trindon, Shepard and a few scat backs who could easily play the roll of 3rd or 4th WR.

And don't forget about Reuben Randle.

Of course it does. Things don't achieve melodrama by themselves. It takes ESPN articles to do that.

LSU has a great 1-2 combo in Lafell and Toliver. Then there is Chris Mitchell, a senior who has produced some. He'll be pushed by incoming super-frosh Rueben Randle. Molton would have fit in somewhere so it hurts a little, but LSU has enough depth to take this blow.

I think RR will take the number 3 spot and would have even if molton was healthy.

C mitch is 4 now and Im sure we could move someone over if need be.

either way LSU will be fine and will still frick aubarn up

He is gonna be behind a new center and guard. I expect him to struggle with that new combo.

This thread just took a turn for the worse. We can thank a Bammer for getting off topic and trying to flame. Surprised?

Sorry. Ok, back to receivers. How many balls will they drop that are perfectly thrown to them this year?

And completely wrong. We are inexperienced after LaFell, but plenty of big time talent.

Namely LaFell, Toliver, Randle and Tolliver.
