And undefeated through the SEC tourney?
I know UK went undefeated a couple years back, but I think they lost in the tourney to Vandy or Ole Miss.

Yes, yes we did. If Stallings could manage a full roster like he does half of one, we'd have gone deep into NCAA that year.

Has nothing to do with UF, I have already predicted we lose 2 regular season games and lose in the FF
Just wondering if it has been done before, that's all

UK swept the conference and won the SECT in 2002-03.

Good deal, anyone else?

We've established UK did it, if UF hasn't done it, are there really any other candidates? Maybe one of those Arkansas teams around '93-'95?

Mizzou went 14-0 in the Big Eight in 1994.
Then again, same Mizzou team also lost to Arky by 50.
Which would tend to slightly diminish the likelihood that Mizzou would have gone unbeaten in the SEC.
But I mean only slightly.
Also I remember Kentucky went unbeaten in the SEC in 1996 but then lost to Mississippi State in the SEC tournament, only to beat them later in a rematch in the national semifinals.

Mizzou actually took that D-Wade team to overtime that same year in the second round. Wasn't even D-Wade who beat us in OT, instead Jerry Novak lit us up. Sorry for screwing up your Final Four path on that one Cats.

LSU went 17-1 with the 81 final four team, lost the last reg season game @uk by a couple points I think
UK is the only other team to win both undefeated I'm pretty sure

From 1967 to 1991 when the SEC played 18 games, LSU in 1981 and Kentucky in 1970 and 1986 had the best conference marks. LSU did lose in the SEC tourney and Kentucky won it in 1986. There wasn't one in 1970.
Kentucky ran the table in the SEC in 1948,1949,1951 and 1954. Kentucky won the SEC tournament in 1948 and 1949 (and NCAA tourney as well) but lost to Vanderbilt in the 1951 SEC tournament final before winning the NCAA tournament that year. The SEC tournament went on hiatus after the 1952 season.LSU and Kentucky were unbeaten in conference play in 1954 and (obviously) didn't play each other. They met in Nashville in a playoff game for the SEC's NCAA bid. Kentucky won, but declined the NCAA bid and LSU went in their place.

Sounds like Vandy beating UK in SEC tournament final is good luck for them.
