The question should be how many tell them they aren’t interested b4 they offer the coach that will want it.Having said that LSU will hire a very good coach no matter if he is a name or not.Who was Kirby,Lanning,Cignetti,b4 they got hired.With the exception of Cignetti the other guys weren’t HCs .

You will never know -- though I think it will be several.
Almost all will be behind the scenes, contacts to agents, agent will say something like, "He appreciates the interest, but he's happy".
Then LSU will state something like "He's the first we extended an offer to" and they won't be lying.

If the current HC do well down the stretch, he should get the permanent HC gig.
