Here's the thing ... and you may not wanna believe this unless you really stop and think about the truth in what I'm about to type, but here goes ...
Tennessee has been down for more than a decade and they're not going to be the Tennessee of the 90s again anytime soon. Maybe never.
Florida has some issues but they'll probably soon return to being very good and competing for the East again soon.
SC is only getting better and better and will continue to do so. Our facilities are now second only to Bama's and A&M's. Anyone who travels to games a lot will attest to that fact. Amd it is a fact. The TV guys on ESPN and the SEC Network keep telling everybody ... some here just need to travel more.
Georgia is the 300 pound gorilla in the East right now and they're not going anywhere anytime soon.
The battle for the East will be between Georgia, Florida and SC for the foreseeable future with Tennessee maybe, maybe, coming around again in three or four years. Maybe.
Mizzou has this year to make a serious move ... and if they don't their recruiting will continue to suffer and they'll be in a world of hurt. They're a basketball school.
Kentucky is in better overall shape than Mizzou right now. Kentucky is playing their best overall football in years right now.
Vandy is Vandy.
Mississippi State is Mississippi State. They're going to always be behind Bama, Auburn and LSU and probably A&M shortly. Where does that put Mississippi State in the pecking order on that side of the conference? 5th? 6th? And Arkansas will not be down for long with Morris at the helm. Neither will Ole Miss with Luke there because that guy loves, eats, breaths and sleeps Ole Miss. He is Ole Miss to the core.
I get that Mississippi State fans are feeling good about this year and you have every right to ... love your QB, helluva DLine. But Miss State has never sustained. Yet some of y'all talk shite every preseason ... same as you do in baseball. And you look like clowns doing it year in and year out. Think about that the next time before another one of y'all wanna pile in taking underhanded back handed shot at one of the other programs predicting perpetual mediocrity ... it's the most hypocritical thing any fan base does on this board, when Miss State fans talk down to another program about mediocrity. Hell, y'all have even started doing it with Women's basketball.
Miss State cannot hire a big time football coach, never have. You can't win Championships at anything. Never have. Mississippi State is the absolute epitome of perpetual mediocrity ... and that, MullensBoys, is a fact.
How mediocre? I'll share this with you.
When we SC fans play Miss State at anything, anything, we are pissed at our coaches when they lose to Miss State.

Lol. If MIZ is a double digit dog to SC, take out a second mortgage and thank me later. Don't think you can call it on UGA yet with UGA having a big test against SC beforehand.

Yes,I'm calling it right now and unless 3/4 of the stating lineup goes down vs SC they'll be at minimum, a 17 pt favorite.

It’s easy to sense when someone’s a beta male cuck life yourself. If someone’s less than 150 pounds or over 250 pounds while acting like a hardass on a college football forum, it’s clear they’re a beta male and/or cuck. It’s 2018, there really is no debating your physical character and behavior.
