Do you really think Kentucky basketball is going on a sustained period of years like this one?

Karma isn't exactly a friendly word for us, bro.

I'd say it won't as long as Saban is there. Cal's primary method of success was that he'd figured out a way to game the system better than most for a time. Others have caught up.

Saban may be gaming the system a little bit, but he's also just a good coach and a good executive. Look at Snyder. You can do this thing well into your sunset years if you lay the foundation first. Unfortunately, I don't think Bama is going anywhere soon. And that's very unhealthy for CFB. They may tank the entire sport.

Bama and Saban just sign the best recruiting class in the history of college football, and you somehow believe this signifies some sort of decline.

What a frickin genius.

If Saban has a bad recruiting class, he still has 3 good classes on the team. Plus it is hard to miss on 27 players

Cal rolls the dice every year and it came up snake eyes this year. All you have to do is miss on the point guard and have no backup plan and you have 5-11.

We'll see next year with UK basketball if it is a trend. One data point isn't a trend.

But I heard last year Saban was done and now another championship and the top recruiting class ever. So no, they aren't following anyone. They are leading the way.
