As a UGA fan, it isn't hard for me and similar fans to admit that Richt has just done enough to cool the hot seat talk. With the way recruiting has been going and the recent coaching upgrades, the time is now or never for Richt. If he can't get it done by the next 3 yrs or at least an SEC championship, then he needs to be fired or retire and open up a church or something.

Jacob Eason has 4/5 years this so does richt, but you can't fire a guy after a top 10 season, so we will see.

Just so the board can understand what you are saying, Richt's job depends on a player fresh out of high school. Pitiful Mark Richt, never achieving much of anything as a football coach, now has his whole career resting on a boy barely out of high school? How pitiful.
