I think if the SEC were smart they would start ramping up the Arkansas/Oklahoma rivalry. OU needs a rival outside of just Texas since they aren't playing Oklahoma State anymore and you you are the two closest campuses to each other.

The SEC had no interest of setting up a rival with Arkansas then, now or in the future.
