Dont get me started on the tigerrant. I made the argument that Alabama had better safeties. Lsutool said something along the lines of yea you have a white kid and Landon Collins. I pointed out Robert Lester has 3-4 times the interceptions as the almighty Eric Reid and got a PM from the mods. God forbid facts slow down the propaganda machine

i don't know, that front seven bringing the pain is pretty important, no?

Never said it wasn't important. Said that the secondary is the most important. Mark Barron and Dre Kirkpatrick will be missed the most out of all the players that are gone. They shut people down.
Upshaw and Hightower were excellent but they are being replaced easily. Milliner has the potential to be as good as Kirkpatrick but Barron will be a very hard player to replace.

Milliner will be better imo.

Also yeah, Nico and run stuff just as good as Hightower, and Mosley is the perfect ILB in terms of coverage ability.

As for Upshaw, Hubbard is better in coverage, faster, and probably rushes the passer much better as well.

I think Barron was an excellent in the box safety and also benefited from having a good front seven. He took excellent angles and is a solid tackler. His coverage skills could use some work, JMO. Kirkpatrick was a great player, yeah, that is a big loss

You're trying to hard. We have all said that he's not a superstar, but he's better than average. Yet, you seem butthurt by that?

Being realistic here....Sunseri is a good player...but there are alot of DB's better than him right now.

I seem to remember you being a pretty good poster...the one on the SECRant talking about bandwagon Alabama fans coming to support the team and being obnoxious at your bar in Mobile.
Your post was really insightful and objective.

So....with this...are you just trolling?

Dude is a solid player. In terms of pure ability not the best you will see but he knows how to play football. He will make many a play for us this season and in the future. Probably will end up in the NFL.

sounds like Hunt or Jesse Daniels. got it.

no. just having a little fun. Not a fan of either Alabama or Auburn though. Grew up liking pro ball more than college, pretty messed up for an Alabama native huh?

Our best player in kickoff coverage, IMO.

On defense, he has great instincts, intelligence and versatility.

Always around the ball. Arrives with bad intentions. Never out of position.

see I always caught a lot of hell for it growing up in Mobile. People had this retarded logic that you are either an Alabama fan or an Auburn fan, period. I always have loved the Saints so naturally I caught shite from both fanbases. I just like fricking around on here every once in a while. I got tons of respect for the Pats man

You're dumb if you think the secondary is the most Important thing in a Saban defense. The exotic blitz packages far outweigh secondary play.

tigerdroppings following in the footsteps of the Bama boards, not allowing opposing fans to post. How the mighty have fallen.
