Not hiring Norvell after a 10-3 season just means that Ole Miss leadership didn't want Norvell. Probably because they wanted to do their ol' fishing buddy Matt Luke a solid.
These guys are just playing the patsy, taking the blame when things go south. That's why they fall upwards when they're fired. Why would tOSU hire this guy if he's so demonstrably shitty at his job? It's because his job isn't actually to make decisions, it's to be a cheerleader and fall guy for the people that do.
And Lol at claiming your current A.D. had anything to do with Mike Bianco finally breaking through after 20 years.
