I think both fan bases fan the flame in a very public manner with the intent of drawing attention to themselves. Neither fan base seems to have any idea how little the rest of us care or pay attention. As a matter of fact, it has become a very stale topic.

Doesn't bother me.. It is true and probably the most constant, overdone fan tradition in all of sports, but I enjoy it.
