Not true. Well, not exactly.
We moved to Mississippi from Up North just before 9th grade and I became an OM fan the next year when my older brother started in Oxford.
When I was a junior in HS I started becoming a State fan as I was thinking of going there, and by my senior year I knew I was going to major in engineering at State and was all Bulldog.
So I was a Rebel fan for 1, maybe 2 years. Ole Miss went 5-6 that first year, so there was no bandwagoning to it. I did wave a Rebel flag in that Egg Bowl, though.

Three is possible, but zero is also. WAOM. Before the season started, I would have been happy with four wins total and I never try to get more optimistic as the season progresses.
