Plus we collect buyouts for staff that get hired away and we also hire fired coaches who are collecting buyouts as analysts / support staff. We can pay them next to nothing, since whatever we pay them reduces their buyout. In effect, other schools are paying a lot of our staff payroll for us. We appreciate it.
