Wouldn't you agree that Pel should be fired.

Why the frick are you worrying about Arkansas?
It's an SEC board, Liberace.
I view Arky as an underachiever. In the lower half of the SEC. Pretty much with MSU and Ole Miss.

Putting UGA a tier ahead of Tennessee is laughable as well
Recruiting base. UGA is capable at any moment of becoming tbe best in America for one season. It baffles me that they cannot become a bigger giant than what they were. In 1990 and even 2000, I would have picked Tennessee over UGA without batting an eye. UGA, now - 2009-2010 or not - is a program that I would rather coach for than Tennessee. Less plane rides and dirty recruiting battles with 5 other states...more backyard talent and recruits playing 30 minutes away...better overall athletes. The SEC east is the prime factor as to why UT and UGA both will hard it damn near impossible to win it all. I would say that in 2011, Tennessee is on exactly the same plane as Arkansas and if anything, Arkansas will have a better chance of being better.

Dumbest post of the day
This decade
1 BCS Bowl Appearance
2 SEC Championship Game Appearances
2 10 win seasons
4 9 win or more seasons
And you want to lump us in with MSU and Ole Miss? Are you fricking stupid?

If we are ranking the better coaching jobs I'm right there with you. I thought we were ranking programs. Hell, Texas A&M and UCLA are better coaching jobs than Notre Dame. Doesn't mean I view their programs as being in the same tier.

How many SEC championships does Arkansas have, Forrest? How many SEC West titles does Arkansas have?
F'kin moron, seriously overrating your program. When you actually start winning SEC titles, you can bump to the top half of the conference. Your program hasn't come close to winning a SEC championship game this decade.

Tennessee has two teams.

would you not agree we are trending in that direction? I'm not saying it's going to happen but I believe we're getting closer.

Arkansas is just like South Carolina out of the East. They really wanna act like they're relevant, but they're not.
And I don't remember the last time Arkansas had a defense. Maybe the Lou Holtz days?

We are and don't you think that getting a quality coach has a lot to do with that? Recruiting base, too? What if Tennessee fired Dooley and UGA fired Richt? The million dollar next great coach is waiting in the wings. What program is he going to jump at of the two? UGA has wrecked a lot of their shop by settling for goofs like Jim Donnan and Ray Goff. Still, when Richt gets canned, I doubt they have to select a guy like Dooley or Boy Wonder. And obviously Richt never considered leaving for another spot because he knew he was at one of the best places for himself.
