What keeps them from being in the top tier? If asked the same question in the 90's, would anyone have put LSU in that top tier?
I feel that the only thing holding Arkansas back is weak in state recruits. Beating OSU would have helped them branch out and get more recruits from neighboring states, which would help.

I do not know how much more Petrino can branch out in recruiting. Unless you are waiting on us to regularly pluck kids from Europe.

Personally Arky has always been a team that I was scared for us to play. Never felt they were 100% solid, but felt they could always trip us up as a game we overlooked. Arky has always been that ? on the schedule for me.
