Arkansas is gonna need more seasons like the one they just had to be a top-tier SEC program. Plain and simple.

You can't do anything but insult, yet will not answer my query.

Rank em.

One season doesn't create a program. You are correct.

It's quite retarded, and highly illogical. Considering AR is no where near the top of the SEC.

You were the one who referred me to the wikipedia article showing SEC champs since 1935. You are really too easy.

Rain main you mention Wilson when I asked who the best offensive player was if it wasn't Mallet. The WR's can't catch so they aren't the best(childs is pretty good) Knile davis didn't do anything until the second half of the season. sooo who is your best offensive player rain man?

Because you are a blithering idiot and said LSU hadn't won the SEC before 2001. Want me to link your statement?

Rank the SEC. Do it. If you can't put Arkansas in the top tier, then I am right. Rank em.

Our best offensive player is clearly LSU's safety. He provides some mean blocks to spring open our WR's...

Knile Davis is pretty damn good to put up those numbers. Considering he didn't play as much of the season as other premier backs in the SEC. I'll give AR fans that.

FLA
LSU/BAMA
UGA
AU
UT/ARK

Agree?

Now... what are you going to do with these that says anything other than you're living in 2003-2007 and cannot see a team like us is catching you?

Yeah, these guys have nothing except insults.

I made a simple premise that Arkansas wasn't top tier and these guys go nuts. Yet, they can't counter.

Has nothing to do with my original statement, pages ago. So after all your bullshite, you agree with me. Thanks.

I also stated that Arkansas has a good shot at becoming a top SEC program.

The only teams in the top tier are the top 3. The rest are 2nd tier.

they've never even WON the SEC!!!

it goes like this, son:

1. Florida
2. LSU
3. Alabama
4. UGA
5. Auburn
6. Tennessee
7. Arkansas

everyone else isn't even in the conversation.

*these aren't all-time/tradition rankings, just based on recent SEC history (last 10 years)

Do you want me to post pictures so you can understand. You said LSU hadn't won an SEC championship before 2001. Perhaps you should actually say what you mean.

Honestly, I think a lot of the fans are just looking for a conference rival to hate on. It was easy when we were in the SWC. We were the outsiders. When I was growing up, the Longhorns were the most hated enemies of Arkansas. If you ever get a chance to watch the 1969 Texas-Arkansas game and read some of the comments from Texas fans after they beat us, you will get a better understanding of how bad it was back then.

Now, having said that, most of our coaches since we entered the SEC have been mediocre at best. The Good-old-boy system under Broyles. Not a single one had the ability to get us to the upper level in the SEC. The Nuttcracker got some lucky recruits in McFadden and Jones, but he couldn't coach a QB for shite. I personally feel that we now have a coach that can get us there. Although we lose Mallett, as others have said, we still have lots of skill that will be back next year.

It should be an interesting next couple of seasons and although I will be rooting for LSU in their game against those cheap-arse Aggies, the boot stays at home in Arkansas for the foreseeable future... :)
