There’s an obvious, reasonable answer for the policy but idiots on this board don’t understand why the Big 10 doesn’t want to risk the Ohio State-Michigan game because a bunch of players got sick playing against Toledo.

Any football game that takes place won't be any safer than another. Going conference only just gives them more flexibility to adjust on the fly.

I'm almost resigned it won't happen at least as regularly scheduled. Anything goes wrong and it will become a nightmare given the political/social situation.

The most logical explanation I heard was that conference only schedules allow for every team playing against each other to be under the same protocol.

That said, this shite is stupid.
