I find it hilarious that LSU fans consider their school's tradition to be on par with Bama's. Yes, LSU has enjoyed recent success, but they are not even close to Bama historically. As a matter of fact, LSU is not even second in the SEC when it comes to football tradition, as Tennessee and Georgia are also ahead of LSU.

On a side note regarding the impressive number of wins in LSU history prior to Saban and all-time...and my error in pointing out the winning percentage rankings.
That only seems to prove that LSU scheduled a shitload of games to be ranked highly in total wins, despite a winning percentage in the low teens.
Of course, it's to be expected. You folks got similarly upset when you found out that TS was the sixth rated stadium in the SEC in home conference winning percentage.

Did my nickname not give it away? Baseball, softball, gymnastics, and to a lesser extent basketball just don't do it for me. I went to school at Alabama, I graduated from Alabama, and the rest of the student body is the same way. We didn't show up en masse for anything other than football.

Or they lost two conference games and the head to head at the end of the year that everyone knew about in advance
That UT team you played got slammed by a 7-6 Alabama (team that lost to ULM) 41-17. And that was with players sitting out. How that for reaching?

NOBODY has said that. We just feel that we have a very good tradition ourselves. Even if all time we are 10th-12th that's still pretty damn good.

Tennessee yes (for now) Georgia, no.

Yall do realize when you mention an entire schools tradition you have to include ALL sports right?

Maybe I can't see it but can you tell me at which point exactly did I or any other LSU fan for that matter say we had as much tradition as Bama.
Just the usual insecure dick-measuring portrayed by your fanbase on this board everyday.

They are the highest paid pros. Outside of the south, baseball is huge. And whether you beleeve it or not, it counts towards an entire universities tradition. Not just football.

Wow, I bet you really believe that, don't you?
Not that shocking to be honest since you also believe playing in Baton Rouge plays to Alabama's advantage.

What's hilarious is that softball is virtually the same exact sport as baseball except with shorter base paths, a larger ball, and dykes. But yet, the Tahd faithful come in herds to fill up their softball stadium.

Maybe we prefer to watch women running around in tight pants, rather than men...but hey, maybe that's just us.
