We got an ice cream maker as a wedding present but I've only used it a couple of times. Made vanilla a few times and cinnamon once. I really need to bust it out more often because the ice cream has always been great.

Homemade is the best, but I want to live to see tFlagship's 27 NC's over the next 40 years.

Those 500grams of fat per bowl are kind of a problem.

I'm not fat either, but read the label on a quart of cream and do the math......WOW!

That cream is worse for you than Maker's Mark.....I'm going with the bourbon.

I'm not reading the first few pages and just skipped to this one....I figure we've already passed the stupid, shitty pissing match....already crossed off the Wardrobe part....and have gone straight into the random wtf conversations.

just left the square. Some amazing small time blues bands going on this weekend. Nice Jack 'n coke and some fella wailing on guitars and bass really makes hte night complete. This Blues Festival is fricking awesome.

I don't quite know how to relay my thoughts, but I think if he were given a chance at say a top tier school, he would have done just as much if not more than the Meyers, Carrols, Tressels of the football coaching world.

Rarely, does he not impress me.

My best guess is it's the big athletics fundraiser....the 150million dollar one.

It's dealing with "facilities" and has been talked about starting before the season starts.

Okay...because a guy on Rivals posted this:

"RSVP invitations went out to previous donors to attend the event. It'll include renderings for the new basketball arena and the north endzone expansion."

yep...that's it then. I guess they're giving people an opportunity to buy their way into the best seats of the new arena and whatever is in the NEZ.

You think they will show the renderings to the public after the announcement on August 9th?

I would think so. They just finished up their meetings with that company for the feasibility planning.

So I imagine they have a great rendering of the arena and will make some grand unveiling to the big time donors. I seriously doubt they have any renderings concerning the NEZ. Their main focus is the new arena but they said if they get enough money fast enough....they'd expand the fundraiser and include the NEZ.

dang....i was hoping they reveal a rendering of the North Endzone. But at least we can get excited about seeing the arena renderings in a couple weeks.

most definitely.

they may have something for the NEZ already but I seriously doubt it. There is so much to take into consideration about the NEZ......

exactly how much are we expanding?
Suites or club level?
Moving the video board?
Old Field House(which I DO NOT want torn down.....historical value)
etc.
etc.

New arena is simple to plan......we want a new one....we want XXXX amount of seats...and we want it to NOT leak water.

I think they would expand to where Starnes and the FedEx Academic Complex would coincide with the stadium. They may have plans and if the big donors like it, maybe they can start throwing out the big checks to get moving in the right direction for both the arena and football stadium. It is probably a rendering that wouldn't be shown to the outside public unlike the basketball arena.
