Is it irony that you're from Edwards? The place where the US Army caught the confederates who were trying to flee Vicksburg, running away from starving women and children in an attempt to save their own skin. Your stance and attitude are remarkably similar

If it was filed in a US District court, who the hell does the judge think DOES have jurisdiction? Some state court?

I'm no lawyer, but it sounds to me like the judge needs to grow a pair.

Well if these guys were hanging out at your front door every night, I'm pretty sure that you'd dismiss the case too..

I might be wrong but they don't look like Mormons...

The law just said Nutt doesn't have a case.

Um, that's not what the law said at all.

It said whatever case he may have doesn't belong in federal court.

There you go know it all jumping to conclusions again did I say I was FROM Edwards? Nothing worse than an obsessed leghumper. Thanks for the history lesson though. Google is a good thing. Go Rebs!

Amen!
Who's been advising the OM Administration?

I thought Lightfoot, Franklin & White were their legal counsel for the NCAA case? But I know that firm is better than this, in fact they are one of the best in the business. It's shocking that they haven't provided solid counsel to OM after all this time.

I'm upvoting every Reb that posts in these threads. It's the least they deserve, just for manning up and coming on the board.

They didn't tuck tail and run like pankreb, TampaReb and many others.

Attorneys only advise.

Clients don't always follow that advice - and that course of action usually doesn't work out well.

It makes it even more difficult when the real decision makers aren't the guys sitting in on the meetings with attorneys

Nothing can possibly be worse than being a leghumper worried about Ole Miss all the time little brother. Deal with it! Your 15 minute break is over, get back to work.

It's been pretty good since the 55-20 arse whipping. Ole Dan sent another OM coach packing. That's what has to be hard to deal with. And it looks like we will continue to dominate in football for a while. As we have for much of your lifetime. Along with every other major sport where State has such a wide gap of wins over OM through history, that it's impossible for you to catch us. If you add the smaller athletic sports, it's like hundreds more wins than OM. What is your university doing to catch up with State nowadays? Are there any plans to reach our level? Sports is your best bet I guess since academically MSU is recognized nationally as a better school relative to what each university's specialties are. Maybe y'all can work on getting your average graduates' salary up to par with MSU? Give me some info buddy. I'm interested in how y'all are progressing.
