Dexter was just one piece to a DAMNED good puzzle. That 2008 squad might have been our best team ever. They were physically superior after a few years in Orgeron's S&C system.
but as far as the OP is concerned, one thing that I know about dealing with Nutt's PCs over the past 4 years is that it's absolute hell trying to get a sound bite from him without cutting out some BS in the middle. I'm not where I can hear what is linked but I wouldn't mind seeing what he said word for word. I'm not saying I know what Nutt did or did not say but it really looks like OP is paraphrasing.
We all know that Nutt is a bafoon when it comes to his pressers. His quotes routinely get taken out of context and paraphrased. Not because of people trying to spin whatever he's saying......but because most journalists have to chop up whatever he says just to make it fit, it really skews what he means.

Because bobby puts the entire success of his SEC career on at beating LSU every other year at home. thats the good news becuse ArkyFan won't have a leg to stand on in a few weeks when we knock you back to mid pack where you are most comfortable.

I don't see why everyone is so upset about what he said. He obviously was paying him a compliment by saying the only way they can stop him is if he's hurt. Y'all are pretty sensitive up there in Arkansas.

Someone asked how Nutt was going to stop Bequette "from getting back on your quarterback".

I dislike Nutt as much as anyone, but I take this as a back-handed compliment as to Bequette's talent.
There are plenty of reasons for Arkansas fans to hate Hootie, but I think we might be a little over-sensitive to hang this one on him.

It was a jackass thing to say....but i don't think he meant it badly i mean after all he did sign bequette so obviously he knew how good bequette would be.
