Shepard Spinal Center. One of the very best places in the country for treatment. They treated Devon Gales the Southern U player who was paralyzed a few years ago during their game with UGA. He has made remarkable progress

Comprehensive care options are way larger. I have lived in both cities and if my son could get to Atlanta safely and quickly I would rather have atlanta's medical infrastructure to Memphis's.

Shepherd Spinal Center alone would make me consider it if it could be done.

I'm sure once he's stable OM will exhaust any and all efforts into getting him the best possible care. But I agree, I would want to go to SSC for this type of injury.
