What is the difference in the kid at Texas who is on their roster and the kids who are practicing with LSU?
There has to be some reason no one in the national media is focused on Texas and 100% hyper focused on LSU.
There has to be differences in the situations where the CFP Committee has advised the SEC to expel LSU from the conference if they play a former NFL player but doesn’t ask the SEC to make the same threat to Texas.
What am I missing?

The Hutson guy? He never signed an NFL contract, which is the trigger event for the rule against pros. The guys that LSU wants did sign contracts.

Okay, so the information I got was bad. I’d heard that if you were out on waivers that means you’d signed a contract.
