No doubt about it. That's why so many other members of the SEC have turned them in for this blatant infraction. Bama has been turned in for major recruiting violations by exactly zero members in the past decade plus. They've been turned in for what you've described exactly zero times ever.
If it is happening, then other member schools would know about it fairly easily and Bama would undoubtedly be turned in for it - particularly now that they are all tired of Bama winning the natty all the time.

First Dye wanted to keep it down home cuz and the NCAA knew Auburn was dirty but couldn't prove all the ways they paid players so they used that to hammer AU and Dye.
