Message Honest question for LSU fans by TideFaninFl I remember Charlie Mac at LSU, he had some great teams. However he was run out of Baton Rouge because he could not beat Alabama.

Serious answer, if Bebe goes 0–10 vs Bama then yes he will need to answer for that.

I know one thing, if the game was being played in Death Valley this year at night. I can promise you, and y’all already know this, y’all would be nervous.

Let’s face it, how many of you are ecstatic that the game is at Bryant-Deny and not in Baton Rouge. How many would honestly admit they would be worried if this was an away game?

I can tell you, if this game was in Death Valley I would not be nervous. But this game is in Bryant-Deny one of the toughest places to win if you are an opposing team. I firmly believe to win this game we will have to play lights out and have a break or two go our way. Just extremely difficult to beat Bama anytime you play them but at your house there is no room for error.

It has been a very long time since LSU beat Bama, but wouldn’t it be something that maybe the football Gods have something to do with. Last time we beat y’all was at your house with our old offense, this time if we beat y’all it would be with our new offense. Out with the old, in with the new type of game! Like the football Gods smiling on Mike the Tiger welcoming him to the 21st century football. Very apropos that would be for sure.

Just food for thought!

Bama wasn’t Les’s undoing.

Had Les fired Cameron and adopted a modern spread, he could still be coaching at LSU.
