Thank God?...
She should have left last year on her own , just out of respect for the University she attended and the Coach she played for .. I hate she wasn’t successful but damn they fell hard when she got the reins .
They deserve to always be in the hunt for the championship . They have everything they need , except the coach to get them there . Proud program teetering on mediocrity . Just in need of a Coach that can put it all together . Sounds oddly familiar .........

The only reason we made the tourney was because of Pat Summitt and her streak. We had no right being there.

When it comes to women's basketball I think there are only 2 programs that most coaches would drop what they were doing and come running to and that's us and UCONN. And tbh, even though Geno is a fantastic coach the Lady Vols have better branding (we were beloved while they're more the evil empire).
Obviously, personal reasons would effect things (some coaches might stay where they are for various reasons) but there's no denying that Tennessee and Connecticut are the premier jobs. While other schools have been building their programs up, those two are the pinnacle women's college bball.

I know you love your coach and I don't think she's on our list but y'all are crazy if you don't think the Tennessee job would be appealing to almost every coach in women's bball. UT and UCONN are the top jobs in the sport without question.

Had a chance to get to know her, coach Dean several years back. Always thought very highly of both of them and truly hope the best for them.
