The shite talking wouldn't be nearly as bad if Aggies weren't trying this reverse psychology, hard to get shite.

Aggies are the best team left on our schedule. And since we really haven't played many West team's, we are dying for some shite talk. But at least the Aggies have lined up for the Sig Bet. So you're confident in your team, or realize is a dumb, fun, meaningless bet.

Though I think we talked more shite against Tennessee. Probably because we actually hate them.

So good he couldn't win the start at Oklahoma.

You really shouldn't be bringing up his time at Oklahoma

We just believe we have a shot, may be a long one, but a shot nonetheless

Alabama just destroyed a team, on the road, that Texas A&M gave up nearly 700 yards to at home. And took two OTs to beat after forcing 7 turnovers.

Ahh the infamous transitive property of sports. You do realize that statistically those are usually 50/50 scenarios at best? Team A crushes team B by 500 points. Team C beats team B on a last second field goal. Both teams A & C are undefeated. They play each other. It's just as likely to be a close game as it is to be a blowout just so you know.

Other than a good performance in an insignificant bowl game, it was pretty much a sh_t show.

the best bama team in the saban era

Not sure that this team is capable of that claim - especially not at this time. We will have to evaluate that at season's end.

That said, A&M concerns me for a variety of reasons:
1) Garrett. Beast. Borderline unblockable. He will make plays in this game.
2) Knight - elusive, experienced, tough, fearless, capable. he will challenge this D in ways no QB has all season.
3) Williams - shifty and hard to bring down in 1 on 1 situations.
4) the WRs vs Bama DBs (specifically the corners). Those guys are playmakers and our CBs are losing 50/50 balls at like a 65/35 clip. Maybe that changes this week. If not, those WRs will make plays.

A&M is a very good team. Legit top 10. They have my respect for sure. I still expect Bama to win, but the point spread is ridiculous on this one. I think it will be something like a 7-9 point game or closer.

Trouble is that both Garrett and Hall require help to block. They both are elite threats to the qb when 1 on 1
