the interstate is literally two minutes from the USS Kidd. And it is in the middle of downtown, not really that rough of an area. dude is either lying about following the signs or he sucks at following them.

No argument there. But considering the 3 towns I spend most of my time in are Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Memphis I guess my view is a little skewed
