100% - I'm thinking it will be next year, or maybe 2027. I don't love the 2 Perm and 8 rotating, but I think it will work. So we will all play everyone 8 times over the next 13 years.. which works out to 2x every 3.25 years.
But I agree with the other comments, I'd love to play LSU every year.
In my book, 5 Perm + 5 Rotating makes the most sense..
But then you'd have to find Missouri 5 opponents to make as a perm.
For Texas, pie in the sky:

Texas A&M
Arkansas
Oklahoma

X is a little bit challenging.. X would probably be Missouri.. sadly, but if we got to pick?
1) Tennessee - This would be a fun rivalry if promoted imo.
2) Miss State - great baseball history

Ticket prices aren't that bad on Seat Geek if anyone is looking. With fees, you are probably looking at $75 each and up.. There isn't a bad seat really, so not a bad deal. Wish I was in Austin this weekend.

We've always had an artificial grass since Disch-Falk opend in 1975.
Edit to add that Cliff Gustafson had the design team make the field match Rosenblatt stadium as exact as possible.

I was just going by Wikipedia. It said New Astroturf was installed in the infield in 1979. I didn't look up what it was in 1975 when it opened.
Either way, it's been turf for a long time, but I look forward to playing on grass.

The next time I hear a Texas fan call LSU “trashy” or “fat” or “drunks”, I’d like y’all to take a look around your baseball stadium right now. All I see are a bunch of fat bearded whites and some Mexicans. Every adult male over 40 looks like he’s in a biker gang.
