Not defending the trooper at all, but it’s wild to me that this got so much attention when law enforcement has done so much worse. All he did was elbow a couple of players and yell at them. He’s a Grade A jackass, and should probably be suspended, but I’m not sure what kind of justice people expect. He was immediately removed from campus before the game was even over. Should he serve jail time over bumping into someone? Should we ruin his and his family’s life? What would be an appropriate response? I think it was handled swiftly and everyone should move on.

The problem for me is if this is how he interacts with people when wearing a badge when 100k+ people plus tv cameras are watching.... how the hell does he behave when there's no one around but him and whoever he's interacting with?
There's a responsibility to being a LEO and a temperament required to handle that responsibility professionally, and a guy like this doesnt have that temperament.

That is a fact. Aggies keep a former military howitzer in that specific tunnel that is quickly wheeled out and fired after each TD.

I feel like this cop after every touchdown, and even some 1st downs now.
