They say he's....
Tough, gritty, smart, a leader and offensive caretaker.
Here's what they never ever say about joe burrow.....
Talented, accurate, a game changer, an incredible passer, transcendent, a heisman candidate, generational.
Those adjectives are never attached to joe burrow and why would they be? He's a substandard, near worthless quarterback and he can't carry a team to victory. He had an opportunity to make a difference in a game this season and failed.
Joe burrow is indeed a largely benign presence on the football field and that's obvious to anyone who's watched him play.
I'm happy for joe and the adjectives attached to him but tua tatonka gets those and the ones joe covets.
Unfortunately for lsu, joe burrow is a different version of the same useless quarterback they've had for years.

French Onion Soup Recipe
Ingredients
5 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon butter
8 cups thinly sliced onions (about 3 pounds)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup port wine
2 cartons (32 ounces each) beef broth
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
24 slices French bread baguette (1/2 inch thick)
2 large garlic cloves, peeled and halved
3/4 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese (about 3 ounces)
Directions
In a Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons oil and butter over medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir until softened, 10-13 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally, until deep golden brown, 30-40 minutes. Add minced garlic; cook 2 minutes longer.
Stir in wine. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half. Add broth, pepper and salt; return to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet; brush both sides with remaining oil. Bake until toasted, 3-5 minutes on each side. Rub toasts with halved garlic.
To serve, place twelve 8-oz. broiler-safe bowls or ramekins on baking sheets. Place two toasts in each. Ladle with soup; top with cheese. Broil 4 in. from heat until cheese is melted.

Damn, Tech fans are really insecure. My granddaughter graduated from La.Tech. She loves her some Bulldogs and also loves LSU. Don't understand the hate. Joe B aint no Tua, but he aint no Danny Etling, Jordan Jefferson or Jarret Lee either. We are somewhat balanced than we have been since Mettenberger, and its still a work in progress. Alabama rushing attack is down from years past, and are relying on Tua a great bit. I see a lot of scrambles for first down by him and then when we stack the box he will hit some big ones. I'm hoping we control the clock with run/pass and keep him off the field. Should be a slug fest. Who makes the most mistakes loses as it should be.

The excitement is that LSU tends to be a good team each year with horrible QB play and JB is the best QB LSU has had in many years. Not saying he is amazing, but he is an improvement at a key position. Imagine if LSU had JB instead of Etling, Harris, Jennings, Jefferson, Lee, etc. with RBs of Hill, Blue, Ware, Fournette, Guice. With those QBs, I would stack the box, too.

And they also say this. He knows exactly what resides your head and how to feed it.
And what resides in your head right now is that awful lsu quarterback and how he simply cannot win a game for you.
