there's a reason Belima couldn't make it in the SEC.
Guy goes to the opposing sideline to brag about cheating.
What a biatch. So is Karma.
Beamer should have slapped him in the ear.

Wasn’t Bielema taunting all the late substitutions South Carolina kept making? Thought the T he was making was for timeout because of how often South Carolina was having to use them to prevent delay of games
I believe it happened again a couple plays after the tantrum and that’s why Bielema was laughing. If the other coach is taunting you for something and you still can’t stop it you kind of look like a fool for raging over it

well...offenses make substitutions. He just running guys out in waves and running all the clock down. The announcers called Brett on it. The officials should have.
Shane was also pissed because Illinois broke the huddle with 12 a few times, and Stewart got held all game. It sucks because people are only going to see the clip and think Shane lost it for no reason, but Brett coming over to taunt our team over being shady is really shitty and I am proud of shane for sticking up for his guys.
also Brett's explanation was bullshite, and even if what he says is the reason, it's zero excuse to trot his fatass over and talk shite to our team. I have no clue how he didnt get a penalty

As opposed to checking on his "injured" player?

They are going to have to find a way to stop guys from laying down to stop tempo offenses...
I think if a player lays down to stop the clock of slow down the offense, he should have to miss the next 15 minutes of game time. Like a penalty box in hockey, have an injury tent/box on the sideline. Give plenty of time for medical staff to get him treatment and fluids...in the interest of player safety and all.

Oh I definitely agree what Beilema did was weak
Feel for Beamer here but probably needs to either keep his cool or make sure that play doesn’t happen again right after. I do wish the refs would’ve let South Carolina snap it one of those times

Beamer should told Bret’s fat arse to meet him at the Sonic

They were going up tempo and not subbing O meaning D can’t either. So Illinois fakes an injury and gets a sub. Then fatso taunted him.
False. Wrong order of operations. Bert didn't start faking injuries until later in the game. What Beamer was mad about was Illinois half-assing their defensive subs fricking with SC offense game clock. What normally happens when a defense starts doing this, the offensive coach raises hell to the refs. The refs acknowledge it, and warn the other coach he needs to cut it out and get your players off in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, the umpire standing over the ball preventing the offense from snapping the ball while the D subs will simply say frick it, they've had enough time, step off the ball, let offense snap, and defense will get a 12 men on the field penalty. That's all how a normal football game works and it's common.
In this particular case, the refs didn't give a frick. It was driving Beamer crazy.
A Bert player got legitimately hurt after using his neck to tackle Sellers by the thigh. This happened by the SC sideline. Bert comes over with the trainers to check on his player, when it seemed the player was going to be alright, that's when he started taunting Beamer and the whole SC sideline with the "substitution" signal, because that's what Beamer was already hot about.
This had nothing to do with the completely separate issue of fake injuries, that Bert did also employ later in the game.
I'm not a fan of either team and I had no money on the game. And I'm not particularly a fan of either coach. As an objective outside observer who watched the whole game beginning to end, the above is exactly what happened.

What he did right after was intentional to make a point to the refs and hope they actually take action. They didn't.

No Arkansas fan refers to us as “Arky.”

It’s too bad for him it didn’t work out then. Regardless this isn’t the first game this trick has been used. I don’t think Beamer’s approach helped USC
