So this is a hypothetical lawsuit?
I’m for anyone in the class of 2022 returning that did not sign or voluntarily attend anything that started in July.
If this isn’t a real lawsuit, why post all that? Maybe 2 people will read it.
Sankey stepped in it big time while on the stand and did irreparable damage to the SEC’s future lawsuit in Federal Court by not knowing what constituted a professional athlete, what amateurism is and not having read or understanding the 5 for 5 rule or how to apply it.
Those are the issues that will cause him to either purger himself on the stand in federal court or to admit incompetency while apply rules.
