I said, “the force used was excessive: 1) it was not in response to any physical altercation initiated by the victim”.
Pretty basic comprehension: that means any of the victim’s words alone are not justified pretenses for physical force.
Literally no police code in any free democratic society anywhere says excessive force is permissible based on simple words WITHOUT actions. There must be some “proportionate”, or in other cases, “reasonably objective”, pretense to warrant a physical response. Neither of which was met here based on the facts of the case shown in any of the video clips.
But by all means run to the library and waste your time looking in the JSO manual where you think it does.

The cop was literally threatened with murder by that moron.
So sick of idiots playing the blame game when asked 30+ times to calmly have a conversation and then crying victim when they Dont comply. The fan is on private property, was asked to leave, and refused and threatened a police officer. Anyone claiming the fan is a victim what should the cops have done? They tasted him twice and he didn't go down
