Hooker is out. They’re a different team without him and the Committee would take that under consideration. They would also take under consideration the 17 penalties for 130 yards, on the road in a hostile environment, and losing at the buzzer to a field goal.

It's two teams battling for the same ranking/spot.
Those two teams have already played each other with one losing and one winning.
The winner of that match up not being selected over the loser would be a complete farce.
Neither of these teams are making it so it doesn't matter.

Well when both USC and TCU win next week we can finally put the conversation of Bama backdooring in to bed

The winner of that match up is not the same team without their star QB. I don’t know why this is so difficult for you to understand. The Committee will see that and vote accordingly if it comes down to those two teams for the fourth slot.

Speaks to how bad of a year it is in CFB. If we are the fifth best team that says a lot. Yes, I know our two losses both happened on the last play of the game. I know we were a couple plays from being 12-0 right now. We were also a couple plays from 8-4.

Can't argue that, but we're not 8-4. We're 10-2, and if one of TCU or USC loses it's going to come down to OSU and BAMA for the final slot. If both TCU and USC lose then both OSU and BAMA will be in.

Herby does whatever the ESPN overlords tell him to do.

Explain to me how 2-loss Bama gets in over 1-loss TCU.

No one wants TCU in, and the entire football world has been hoping they lose but they continue to win. BAMA has the name and people will tune in to watch BAMA play. TCU, not so much. A NON-Champ, 1 loss TCU will never get in over Alabama. It's really simple to understand if you think about it.

The committee ranked tenn at 9 and Alabama at 7.
Spazz out about that
Spazz out about that

Spaz out however you want. Duering isn't the only one saying this
You lost to South Carolina.
Badly.
Very badly.

I don’t know. I feel like TCU has 12 wins, which is two more than we will have, and they have wins that are better than what we have. Them going below us even with a loss doesn’t really make sense. Unless maybe it’s just a massacre.

It's TCU, man. TCU. No one wants to see TCU in the playoff. If they lose, they're out.
