fricking nutjob.

Bo would have destroyed the world behind Bama's O'line if he played for them in '09

no its not when you are trying to account for an uneven amount of total games. but nice try

uh yes actually it is.

Ingram had a higher yards per touch than Bo did....so if you were to give Ingram equal touches with Bo.....Ingram would have more yards.

This isn't hard.

Just by playing more games, doesn't mean a player automatically touches the ball more.

I only read the first page. Has it been pointed out that bowl stats weren't included in Bo's day? So whatever stats he accumulated in the bowl game wouldn't count towards his total, so essentially MI amassed his stats in 3 more games than Bo.

Yeah but gumps are dumb.

All that really needs to be pointed out is bama had a very good passing game while AU didn't and Bo had to face almost a goalline defense every play in 1985.

It really should end the discussion, but gumps are involved so it won't.

No it isn't. We get it. Mark Ingram is better than Bo Jackson.

Maybe we should start another thread to discuss the absolute domination that is O-Mac over every other RB that has ever played football though.

The original stats factored those in.

Well, i guess i need to fix the OP in light of this. Again.

EDIT: checked that link and bowl game stats are not factored in

OMCA had nearly 3 more yards per touch than both so this thread is really dumb.

If Bo played on a team in 1985 that had a qb and a good oline, HOLY frick. Probably 8-10 yards per carry. The only year he had a good oline he averaged almost 8 per carry as it was.

Put him on the 2010 Bama team and 10 yards per carry is VERY possible.

Another Bama fan. Shocking I know.

Yes sir. I'm thinking of switching to UGA for the bowl games.

McGregor was a frequent contributor to the ATPB thread. Not sure why this dude continues to post under both profiles. Kinda weird. Usually people have alters to keep posting when one gets banned. Not posting under both names.

Mark Ingram has certainly been a fantastic NFL running back...
