the decision was supposed to be handed down last week and with the unexpected delay, there was an accompanying degree of concern that they had found reason to deny it... or at least not approve it, which is what I was told, that as of last week "it wasn't going to be approved"- and thus the rumor
It came thru, good for them- and now they have a QB that can finish a sentence. Good for the Bears

We would all think more of you if you would just man up and admit the truth: You made the whole post up in order to get a thread going and poke your rival a little bit.
