You have to understand, Little Sis wins titles in sports that do not draw major revenue, while being mediocre to garbage in the sports that fund the athletic department. It's like being in huge debt but making alittle over the minimum payment every month and having your payment on time percentage really good, yet you're still in debt.

I paid off my student loans two years ago so my debt isnt huge. Cat paid off, condo on the beach that I own paid off. I don't know what else to tell ya other than my father taught me when I was 17, how to invest money. I make a good salary as corporate management where I work but it is all about how and what you spend your money on that returns dividends.

My father taught me everything about investing at 14
I’m retired at 40
