They use to be, then the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. The athletes they would normally get decided it was better to play for a real military academy instead of pretending at aTm, so you saw the rise of Army and Navy in the CFB landscape.

A Baylor fan making fun of a school's relevance when it comes to football. What fricking planet am I living on?

Flaming on A&M talking points for opposing fans-
1. A&M is irrelevant, always has been, always will be, despite what their fans may say
2. A&M is Texas' little brother, always has been, always will be
3. A&M is basically 100% male/military. Most of said males are super gay
What else did I miss? These main points seem to cover about 99% of the smack associated with A&M.

Honest question, besides a better history of success, what does the likes of Bama, LSU, or Florida have that A&M doesn't?
Good fans.

A&M is #17 all time in wins.
And they somehow magically got there by losing every game they ever played and never being relevant. It's pretty amazing really.

It really is incredible how shitty we are in high profile games.
Actually no it's not.

They accomplished something only Alabama has been able to do. They tripled their NC in one year (from 1 to 3).. Bama went from 6 to 11...
But they took it one step further, claiming conference championships when they shared the division...
Now that is a gay tradition...

Damn I forgot the fake championships thing (that are no more or less fake than some of Bama's)...that makes up the other 1% I wasn't accounting for.
