Dabo does make you a little worried in front of a microphone and I don’t care for the Holy Roller routine, but the results speak volumes.

I think the biggest threat to Dabo’s success going forward is the NIL stuff and transfer portal. He clearly doesn’t like those things but they are the future of CFB. Players are going to want to make bank during college and do what’s best for themselves, and any coaches who aren’t on board with that are going to get left behind.
It’s great that Dabo talks about education and has X number of players with a 3.5+ GPA and a masters degree and all that jazz, but when there’s 6-7 figures to be made immediately those things take a backseat.
