Harris, a former assistant coach at Stanhope Elmore High in Millbrook, is one of nine assistant strength and conditioning coaches employed by the University of Alabama. He attended the 2013 NFL Draft with former Alabama cornerback Dee Milliner, whom Harris coached in high school.

Which is probably exactly what got him his job as "assistant strength coach" and the relatively low $40k salary.
Bet the guy knows exactly jack shite about being a strength coach in reality. But he loves the tadd and delivered Milliner is my guess.

They paid him to get Dee and then forced him to be the fall guy for the staff when Dee was gone. I honestly wonder who on their roster they got without paying someone.
