Somehow Auburn taking a coach from LSU has turned into LSU addressing it's major concerns.

It's funny because the majority of the many many threads was about the offense. Rarely did I see one concerning Steele and the defense.

I know more about LSU than you do. This defense was statistically worse than the 2008 unit, and only finished with a higher overall total defense ranking in conference one spot higher than the 2008 defense, and that's thanks to Auburn.

I'm right. The offense was terrible against Alabama, which is apparently the only game any of you people watched, but it still averaged almost 440 yards a game. That was good for 4th in conference.

LSU overpays it's offensive staff for how they perform.
LSU's defense has become demonstrably worse over the past season.
LSU's special teams is the worst I've seen in the Les Miles era.
There is plenty of failure to go around.
