Stetson Bennet was a gamer with a drug problem, not unlike JFF. If Stockton gets with he right team he might have a nice NFL career.

Bennett is still in the league…

Whether it was physical, mental, or something completely different, Georgia’s intermediate to deep passing game was lacking last season.
Might have had something to do with our WRs leading the universe in dropped passes.

I dont understand all of the UGA fans doubting Gunner coming into this season.

QBs develop. Especially at UGA.
2022, Stetson turned his weaknesses from 2021 into strengths.
Gunner has done the same thing from his 2025 season.

Ironically, both stockton and gunner's weaknesses were against zone coverages. They have always been effective against man coverage as the decision making process gets simplified.

The fade to Dandridge on the opening drive of the 3Q was as good of a throw as you'll see.

I guess our definition of flashy when it comes to QBs is different and me not defining him as that is not a knock on him. He definitely is and does all the things you mentioned. To me flashy comes with good and bad a la Manziel. He would make some of the craziest plays but would also make boneheaded plays by doing too much. Stockton just seems like a baw who loves the game, is super tough and a great leader. Doesn’t care about praise, just wants to win. He’s my favorite player outside of cheering for Bama.
