Not for me.

The only reason I watched college football this year is because he retired. I only watched 2 games last year.

The only people who think Alabama's issues started this year are people who aren't paying attention.

You mean the guy who had you in Championship last year and would have had you in it this year, even with the same record bc of Saban factor? LOL

Honestly, that thought that has never entered my mind. I appreciate what little Nicky did for Alabama football and the community. There will never be another like him.
It was his time to go. He knew it and we knew it was coming at some point.
NS in 2023 was not the NS of previous years.
Happy New Year

Alabama did not make the Championship last year. Alabama wasn't even rated in the top5 on advanced metrics last year. They were ranked #7 in F+ for 2023.

Made the playoffs due to beating Georgia. Which Alabama did again this year, because Georgia is just weird when it comes to Alabama apparently.

Saban is the one who created our QB issues and left Alabama with a bad QB room. Likely in part due to having 3 different OC in 4 years.

Probably would have done better simply because we wouldn't be trying to install a new offense and new defense this year and maybe kept a few transfers. But still would have never been a championship quality team with Milroe at QB.
