Parts do but its still hot as balls...and humid.

I wonder which one is hotter?

Is that a picture of y'all's super regional? j/k

It is. All the folks that died of heat exposure are piled up behind the grandstand.

Alex Box easily...more people generate more heat

Just looked at the satellite pictures on google maps of each stadium.
That tells the whole story about the shade.
Our stadium is facing the wrong way too.

We have a nice facility, we just need shade.

I met some Florida fans at the SEC tourney and they go to most of the home games but do comment on how freaking hot it gets there. They go to every game at the tourney and she charts every pitch of every game. I enjoy it but not that much.

Maybe im not looking in the right place but i didnt see anything on gatorzone to change my opinion.
No shade
No suites
No SRO in the grandstand
It just looks like an oversized HS park to me.
I admit I have no idea what yalls entrance behind home plate looks like though.

Right fielder stands due South looking almost due North. Looks to be at about 350 degrees or so on the compass. Never a break from the sun but rarely looking directly into it. That's the problem with our stands. The 3rd base side is in the sun all day because it runs East to West mostly. Never a break.

^This. We're still patiently awaiting an update to the Tiger Stadium pics:

This is what the box looks like now, after six suites were added, three to each end of the grandstand:
Compare with your pic, taken from the LSUports site:

This would be true if you had a nice stadium.

It needs torn down. Sully and the boys deserve a nice park. Lots of shade, air conditioned seats, free beer, hookers, blow, xboxes at every seat connected to ipads with HBO, hula girls handing out frozen drinks, fried coconut shrimp buffet lines in the walkways...
