You played?

Third SEC win since Covid yesterday and you're in an Ole Miss thread melting about our win over our actual rival.

Say less little brother. Say less.

"do ticket holders typically sell tickets to LSU fans on Ticket Master or some other deal but this game was a couldn't miss it kind of game."

Yeah Not so nuch in recent years i seems like less and less of that.
Last night looked like we bought back most the 5k allotment for the visiting team

This is true. We lost, we should be ashamed, but Ole Miss is circling the wagons in week 3, having not even won the conference since the 60s. Heck, their “3” National Titles are not even the real ones.

wonder do ticket holders typically sell tickets to LSU fans on Ticket Master or some other deal but this game was a couldn't miss it kind of game. I don't think I would drive all the way to Oxford without a ticket in hand or on my phone. So, I'm guessing the body count in Oxford was kind of low??

The last time I went to Oxford was in 2011 and we were ranked top three at the time, if I remember correctly. I was shocked at how few LSU fans made it to that game. I had brought my son and it was a blowout victory in which I had great tickets, but there were very few LSU fans to celebrate with. My son, who was about 10 or 11 at the time, found another kid his age who was an ole miss fan, and I think they had more fun than anyone else in the stadium. It was a good memory.

Coming back to this game, I just remember I thought about traveling, but it cost way too much for a regular season game, and I don’t think the game was the biggest deal for us as it was for Ole Miss fans who were shelling out big bucks.
