Aside from the game, jsut talking about fanbase interaction, I've been to cola 6 times and have never once had any issues. The only thing bordering on a maybe was in 06 when I was at the urinal at halftime, but that was my fault because I was talking shite to anyone who would listen and was spitting beechnut on the floor. That's my bad.

I've been to Columbia more times than I can count and 2 games there and generally I have no issue. 2012 was just a perfect storm of bitterness, a late kick, copious amounts of alcohol and a top-tier match up.

I was there when Auburn upset USCe in 2011. Never saw a single incident where either side was hostile and felt like in general during a tough loss USCe didn't expect their fans handled themselves appropriately.

The original OP complaining about not getting pat down was annoying. I mean the best way to combat bad fans is to bring enough liquor in so that when you fight them it seems like a good idea.

Those dudes up front? Nah. Knew a few. Wasn't really my jam. I say too many negadawg things to be upfront. Also some of those countnuggets do it all for the attention and became Georgia fans the day the letter came in the mail and mommy 'n' daddy said they weren't paying for them to go anywhere else.
I don't go to games to get on TV. I go because it's my god damn duty.
I mean this isn't all of them so don't let me sway you either way but that's my general perception of 'em. The UGA joker really irks me. But I am also the guy who hates "the wave" at games

I was being "recruited" by a kid from my high school to join them but I felt like they tried too hard to act like dawg fans.
