Can’t believe all the crying by the great people of Louisiana.
Ed O is a national championship winner. LSU just gave him a contract extension for another 5 years, and now you want him gone.
Scott Woodward didn’t fire Kevin Sumlin @ A&M after losing to UCLA. You think he’s about to fire natty-winner Ed O?

I actually went back and read what you wrote, yes we did, that was too embarrassing, we also fire or threaten to fire coaches that lose to a G5 school, Sherman almost got scared when Fresno State gave him a run, we are on our 3rd coach since we fired Fran like 15 years ago, you guys are barely on your 2nd since Les left, throw the book at Joe Brady or Bryan Kelly or Chris Peterson

Reality is that Ed is not a good coach. He may recruit decently and represent the culture of Louisiana more than most, but he is not going to be the direct reason LSU ever wins anything.
He plays a role, obviously, but he is not a traditional head coach, and that is hurting. Instead, it’s the players and assistant coaches that determine if they win.
On the flip side, he has enough power that he can be the reason that LSU loses, whether due to pride, stubbornness, or any other irredeemable factor.

Yeah you can’t fire a guy two years after a championship. That’s crazy. Who would do that?

Ed O is crazy, sounds drunk, acts the same. Irrational is his modus operandi.
All of these traits were known before.
LSU gets him. He fits in with all the fine crazies in Baton Rouge.

Just dont do what USC did to Frank Martin. Where a guy gives you success so you make a deal you cant back out of when you find out he is actually a fraud and it was just some really special players. Dont Frank Martin yourself
