WTF you don't put .3 secs on the clock on football.
Long story short....Because the U fricked up the spot after the completion. Had he spotted the ball properly, the hurt OL would have been 10 yards from the LOS when the clock SHOULD have started. A&M isn't going to get a free play due to their mistake.
